Job Description

A $ 200 million B2C and retail manufacturer is hiring a full time (salaried and benefits) Warehouse Operations Manager with experience in custom product labeling and approximately 10 direct reports. This role involves leading daily warehouse operations, including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics. Candidates should have expertise in small-volume customizable printing, strong leadership abilities, and team management skills. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and possesses excellent communication skills along with warehouse operations experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics.
• Collaborate with Print Manager to optimize the promotional printing process for small volume, customized consumer products.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing waste.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate a diverse team of warehouse staff; foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse operations
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Procurement) to align operational capabilities with client needs and delivery timelines.
• Drive strategic enhancements in production, warehouse, and logistics operations. Regularly report to management on process advancements, challenges, and opportunities for further refinements
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company-specific safety standards.
• Establish performance metrics and KPI’s for all team members
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years warehouse Mgmt. experience (preferably in promotional printing)
• Strong knowledge of customizable printing technologies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 3+ years leadership experience
• Proficient in WMS, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in high-volume, deadline-driven environment
