Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive, creative Web Designer with strong skills in Figma and WordPress. You will design diverse digital experiences, including complete websites, engaging landing pages, and impactful digital ads. Ideal candidates thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Collaboration is key in this role: you'll work closely with front-end developers, content writers, graphic designers, and senior leadership. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, responsive websites, landing pages, and digital assets using Figma.
• Create visually compelling, user-centered designs aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with developers to ensure accurate and high-performing implementations in WordPress.
• Translate client and internal briefs into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems and style guides.
• Actively participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Jira and Confluence.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and provide feedback during design reviews.
• Rapidly iterate designs based on constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a web designer within an agency or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including creating and managing components, prototypes, and design systems.
• Solid knowledge of WordPress themes, blocks, and responsive design practices.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating responsive web and landing page designs.
• Experience with Agile workflows, specifically tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of UX principles, web best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to independently manage time, priorities, and multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using Elementor or similar WordPress page builders.
• Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
• Experience designing digital ads and other marketing collateral.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
