About the job Web Developer / Graphic Designer Positions Available: 2 Full-scope polygraph clearance is highly preferred. Position Overview: We are seeking two skilled Web Developers/Graphic Designers to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your creative and technical skills to design and develop engaging web and graphic content in a dynamic training environment. Key Responsibilities: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Bridge, and PDF) to create high-quality graphics and visual materials. Develop and administer websites using Joomla, including the design and maintenance of web-based training (WBT) courses and e-learning solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Create and produce print materials such as posters, books, and presentations. Solve complex application development issues and provide design recommendations. Collaborate with specialists to build comprehensive training products. Access and utilize images and graphics from platforms like ENVATO and Shutterstock. Employ MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) effectively for documentation and presentations. Use JIRA or similar ticketing systems to track project progress and manage tasks. Develop motion graphics and manage video production tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or a related field from an accredited institution. UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution is preferred. Demonstrated experience in web design, including HTML and CSS. Proficient in content creation and management tools for web development, graphic design, animation, videography, and audio editing. Familiarity with general photography and experience in video production or support roles. Experience with JavaScript (JS) and creating animated graphics, including 3D animation. Strong ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across various levels of an organization. Desired Skills and Tools: Experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms, such as SharePoint. Familiarity with cloud technology networks and systems. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
