Benefits:

• Great Benefits
• Pay – Salary: $0.37-$0.49 CPM based on experience.
• Average earnings per week: $1.100,00
• Good Miles
• Home time: 2-3 weeks out while on OTR fleet (If near DC, can be home weekly on occasion if available)
• Offering Bonus: Driver Ranking Quarterly Bonus
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Load – unload: On occasion
• Unload Pay: Between $35.00-$250.00, depending on account
• Short haul pay: Sliding Pay Scale
• No experience, will train
• Automatics
• Work with different types of accounts to gain experience.
• Possibility to find an account that you will like and transfer to that once you have the qualified exp. for the account and when there is availability.
• Fleet size is small- creates better communication between driver and office staff
• Depending on home location and distance from certain customers, you may be able to take the truck home
• Able to take home time in other locations other than the home base.

Requirements:

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug test
• Clean driving record
• Hiring area: 11 Western (Preferred CA, AZ, NV, OR)
• Certificate: Hazmat if Possible
• Specialized Equipment: Might need to move a load on a reefer trailer
• Experience Required: Will train
• Non-driving activities: 1. hooking/unhooking trailers 2. Chaining the truck in areas that require 3. depending on live load, possible trailer sweep out
