Window Installer , you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality installations that improve the safety, efficiency, and appearance of homes and buildings. You will be responsible for removing old windows, installing new units, and ensuring all work meets company standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities - Install, replace, and remove residential and commercial windows
- Measure window openings accurately to ensure proper fit
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Seal, insulate, and weatherproof windows according to specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements Experience - 2+ years of window installation or general construction experience
Skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with hand and power tools
Physical Ability - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated surfaces
Safety - Knowledge of job-site safety practices
Professionalism - Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Commute - Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance (60 minutes or less)
