What You Can Expect
As a member of the Workplace Planning and Advice team, you will embark on a developmental journey in career planning and advisory services.
Engage with participants through warm calls, developing effective relationships while guiding active and inactive 401(k) participants through their available options and introducing them to our services.
Assist participants with general service inquiries and withdrawal requests, providing them with timely and accurate support.
As you build your relationship management skills and gain industry knowledge, you'll transition into handling consultative inbound calls to address 401(k) participants' retirement and investment needs.
You Will Be Supported
Our comprehensive training prepares you to master the necessary skills for servicing participants while studying for your FINRA licensing exams. You don't need prior finance experience or a college degree to excel in this role. With our structured licensing roadmap, you will achieve success at your own pace with commitment and dedication.

The Skills You Bring
Experience in client relations, with a solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to engage with warm leads.
Knowledge or experience in sales or consultative relationship dynamics.
A strong sense of accountability and a goal-oriented approach.
Proven ability to ask insightful questions to fully grasp the client's situation.
Comfort in a hybrid work setting, with both in-office and remote flexibility.
Comfortable with technology and capable of navigating multiple systems at once.
Aptitude to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses upon hire.

The base salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $47,500 annually. Placement within this salary range depends on various factors, including job responsibilities, candidate experience, and geographical considerations.
Please note that most roles at our company are structured as a hybrid model, requiring associates to work onsite every other week from Monday to Friday. This does not apply to remote or fully onsite roles.
